02. The service

The website offers a brand presentation, a decorative poster gallery, three selected film summaries, creator references and one minute of preview playback per selected film. It currently has no user accounts, paid subscriptions, purchases, rewards or uploads. No payment is required or collected here. Availability depends on website hosting.

03. Eligibility and responsible viewing

Use the website only if permitted under the laws applicable to you. Age requirements must be finalized for the intended markets. Parents and guardians should consider the suitability of each film. Some works address violence, loss or mature themes.

04. Permitted use

You may browse the site and watch its available previews for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, impersonate others, evade security controls or use the website to infringe others’ rights. These website rules do not override rights granted by a film’s Creative Commons license.

05. Content and intellectual property

Films remain the works of their credited creators. Refer to Copyright & Licenses for each film’s license and source. Licenses govern any permitted reuse of those works. The Drama Win brand, original website copy and design are distinct from third-party film rights. AI-generated cover art is an interpretation and is not an official poster or a guarantee that depicted characters appear in the film.

06. Third-party services and availability

External film sources and linked websites are operated independently. We do not promise continuous availability, endorsement by their operators or accuracy of external content. Links do not create a partnership. This website is not operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with TikTok or Blender.

07. Payments, cancellations and refunds

This website does not offer paid services, process payments or sell subscriptions; there are no website charges to cancel or refund. If paid services are introduced, pricing, purchase terms, cancellation procedures and any applicable statutory withdrawal or refund rights must be supplied before purchase. Terms for a future mini app must separately describe its actual commerce flows.
