02. Scope of this policy

This notice covers the Drama Win showcase website and its short-film previews. It does not cover a separate mobile app or TikTok mini app. Those services require their own disclosures reflecting their actual login, advertising, payment, analytics and other integrations.

03. Information used by this website

• Page delivery: your IP address, requested URL, browser/device information and request time may be processed by hosting and security infrastructure to serve pages and protect the service.
• Video playback: only when you select a preview, your browser requests a 60-second video excerpt from this website’s hosting infrastructure. The hosting provider processes network information needed to deliver the clip. Playback progress is held temporarily in page memory and is not saved by our website.
• Correspondence: if you contact the operator by email, your contact information and message will be used to respond.

This version has no registration form, payment processing, advertising SDK, behavioral analytics, marketing pixel or user-upload feature. Our page code does not read TikTok account information.

04. Purposes and legal bases

We use technical request data to deliver pages and previews, troubleshoot errors and protect the website. We use information you send to answer questions, investigate complaints and handle privacy or copyright requests. We may retain or disclose relevant records to comply with legal duties or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Where the GDPR or similar law applies, routine delivery, security and correspondence are based on our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and responding to visitors, balanced against their rights. Processing required by law relies on the relevant legal obligation. We seek consent before optional processing where required; merely visiting this page is not consent to advertising or tracking. The website is delivered through Sites and its hosting infrastructure. Preview clips are served from the same website hosting infrastructure. Hosting providers may process requests or security logs in locations outside your country. The operator must confirm the relevant processors, processing locations and any required transfer safeguards before public launch. Links to external websites are governed by those websites’ policies.

Fonts and artwork are served from this website; there is no automatic external font request. Video files are requested only after you open a preview.

06. Retention and security

Playback state exists in browser memory only; it is not stored as a user viewing profile by our page code. Email correspondence and complaint records are retained for the time needed to resolve the matter, follow up, meet applicable legal obligations and address related disputes. Relevant factors include the type and sensitivity of the information, whether the matter remains open, applicable limitation periods and preservation obligations. Information no longer needed should be deleted or de-identified. We do not promise an arbitrary deletion deadline while a legal hold applies.

Hosting and email providers may maintain their own logs and backups. Exact provider retention periods and processing locations have not yet been confirmed for public launch. HTTPS protects data in transit to this website, but no service or email system can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents unless specifically required through an appropriate verified process.

07. Your choices and rights

You can browse without opening a video preview, stop playback by closing the player, and control cookies using your browser. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or obtain a copy of personal data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where applicable, or complain to your local data-protection authority. Applicable verification and response procedures must be confirmed by the operator.

08. Children and age suitability

This showcase is intended for a general audience, not a service directed at young children. Some films include peril, violence or mature themes; a short-film format is not an age rating. The operator must confirm audience age requirements, ratings and any region-specific protections before offering a public service. 10. Information categories, sources and recipients

• Technical identifiers and activity: IP address, browser and device details, requested page or media URL, timestamps and diagnostic data originate from your browser and network requests. Hosting, delivery and security providers may process these to operate the site.
• Contact information: your email address, name if supplied, message content and voluntary attachments come directly from you. They are used by the operator and email service providers to respond.
• Rights and complaint records: request type, verification correspondence, relevant URLs, ownership evidence and resolution history come from you and any parties involved in the matter. Necessary information may be shared with advisers, relevant rights holders or authorities where justified.

We do not ask for precise location, financial information, health information, biometric identifiers or government identification in ordinary browsing. Do not send such information unnecessarily. The website has no account profile to access or edit and does not collect TikTok credentials.

11. Sale, sharing, advertising and tracking signals

The current website does not use advertising networks, cross-context behavioral advertising, tracking pixels or analytics SDKs. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through this website. We do not use visitor information to create advertising profiles. Service-provider processing needed to deliver the website is distinct from an advertising sale or sharing arrangement.

Our page code does not track visitors across third-party websites and does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. No sale or advertising-sharing activity is enabled for a Global Privacy Control signal to opt out of in this version. Any future covered sale or sharing would require appropriate disclosures and legally required opt-out handling before it begins.

12. How to submit a privacy request

Email support@dramawin.top with the subject “Privacy request”. State the right you wish to exercise, the email address used to contact us, and enough context to locate the relevant information. We will assess requests under the law applicable to the request. We may seek proportionate verification, or proof of an authorized agent’s authority, before releasing or deleting information. We will not ask you to create an account to make a request.

Where applicable, rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection and withdrawal of consent. Exceptions can apply to legal obligations, security, other people’s rights and legal claims. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the applicable reason and available review or complaint options. Rights requests should not result in unlawful discrimination.

California rights and statutory response periods apply where the CCPA covers the business and request; a California address alone does not establish that coverage. For covered access, correction or deletion requests, the usual response period is 45 days, subject to lawful extension and notice. Under the GDPR, where applicable, the usual period is one month, with permitted extensions for complex or numerous requests. You may contact your competent regulator, including the California Privacy Protection Agency or your local data-protection authority, as applicable.

13. International processing and disclosures required by law

We are a United States company contactable at the address above. Hosting and email services may process information in countries other than your own. Applicable transfer safeguards depend on the providers and data flows; we do not claim EU-only storage, adequacy certification or executed transfer clauses that have not been verified. Required vendor and transfer checks remain part of public-launch review.
