DRAMA WIN / LEGAL

Copyright & Licenses

01. A curated collection

The films on this site are independent open-film works, credited below. Drama Win does not claim to have produced them or to own their underlying film rights. Inclusion does not imply endorsement, an exclusive distribution deal, or affiliation with Blender, TikTok or the filmmakers.

03. Preview use and changes

Each preview is a separately encoded, 60-second excerpt from the beginning of a credited source film. The excerpt is resized and compressed for web playback; its sequence and soundtrack are otherwise retained. Only the preview file is delivered by this website. Full-length playback is not offered. Attribution and licensing references remain available below. Creative Commons rights in the original works remain available under their respective licenses.

04. Artwork, copy and team imagery

Film covers and hero images are AI-generated artistic interpretations prepared for this showcase; they are not official film posters or film stills. Website summaries are editorial descriptions. The three executive portraits, names, schools and employment histories are fictional placeholders for review and must be replaced with accurate information before an application is submitted. Company facts marked “to be confirmed” are not verified claims.

05. Reusing material

Consult the license linked beside each film for permitted uses and attribution requirements. Retain appropriate creator credits, license links and any required notices, and identify modifications. A film license does not grant rights to third-party trademarks or imply endorsement. Website-specific material is not automatically covered by a film’s license.

06. Copyright concerns

If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, follow the copyright report instructions. Reports can be sent to support@dramawin.top. Any jurisdiction-specific agent registration remains to be confirmed before launch. This draft does not claim registered DMCA-agent status or statutory safe-harbor eligibility.

07. What the licenses cover — and what they do not

The linked film licenses permit uses subject to their own conditions, including attribution. The one-minute format is a product choice; it is not a copyright exemption, fair-use determination or independent legal basis for using an unlicensed film. Our use relies on the applicable permission for the source work.

Credit the identified creator and source, link the applicable license, retain supplied notices and state modifications when required. Do not imply that a creator endorses your use. Trademarks, logos, privacy, publicity and other third-party rights are not automatically granted by a Creative Commons copyright license. Coffee Run’s published license expressly excludes logos, associated trademarks and material clearly not produced by that project. For Tears of Steel, actor portrait/privacy rights remain separate; the film must not be used to imply that an actor endorses Drama Win.

Licensing a complete film does not necessarily license separately released music, raw footage or every associated asset on identical terms. Check the particular asset and its notices before reusing it. Drama Win cannot grant broader rights than the original rights holder.

08. Website material, decorative covers and brand rights

J VISTA ENTERPRISE LLC operates the Drama Win website. Original site text and design are separate from the third-party films. Any rights in our material are reserved to the extent those rights exist under applicable law; no blanket claim of exclusive copyright is made for purely AI-generated output. Film titles identify their respective works. Decorative covers do not establish a distribution agreement, availability of a full series or ownership of characters and marks.

Unless separately licensed or permitted by law, request permission before reproducing our website-specific material or using the Drama Win identity in a way that suggests endorsement. This does not restrict rights already granted under the films’ Creative Commons licenses or statutory exceptions. The gallery contains decorative artwork; only the three expressly marked previews are playable.

09. Review, restriction and reconsideration

On receipt of a report, we review the identified material and supporting information, seek clarification where necessary, and may restrict or remove access while a credible rights issue is investigated. Depending on the findings, a resolution may include correcting attribution, replacing or removing material, or explaining why the identified license permits the use. Removing material for review is not an admission of infringement.

If you disagree with a decision, reply to support@dramawin.top with the subject “Copyright review”, the original report reference, the disputed decision and new evidence or licensing explanation. We will review relevant additional information. We cannot resolve ownership disputes conclusively in place of a court.

This curated website does not accept public uploads. No automatic statutory counter-notice or reinstatement timetable is promised. Where a legally applicable DMCA procedure is used, the required designated-agent arrangements, notices and statutory time periods must be followed. See the U.S. Copyright Office’s Section 512 guidance.
